I recently had an Artist's Talk at the Hopkins Center for the Arts sharing the influences and purpose behind my Sinkside Compost Series
and my food paintings, in general. I enjoyed sharing this information
and afterward people said how they appreciated seeing the different
styles that influenced the paintings. So, I wrote up this talk, added
samples from my influences and posted it on my website. I hope to do this with most of my painting series, but it will happen when I have time.
