10 Minutes 'Til Sleep: NYT Crossword Puzzle

If I am not drawing ten minutes before falling asleep, then I am working on a New York Times crossword puzzle.  I have a year's worth on a calendar.  As you can see, I'm already on July 15 of this year - a little ahead of myself.

Delilah, my dog, chose to sleep in my room one night. Usually she sleeps in the living room. She was gone by morning.

Red onion?!  Why am I drawing a red onion from my bed.  Well, it was sitting on my nightstand.  I was looking at it for another project and somehow I left it on my nightstand.  I can be forgetful and I misplace things often. There was a red onion on my nightstand - so I drew it.
